- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup cold water
- ⅓ cup fresh mint leaves nana
- ¼-½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
- ¼ cup sugar
- extra lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish
In a blender mix all ingredients until slushy.
Place a lemon slice in each of your popsicle molds.
Pour the limonana mixture into the molds, cover and add a stick.
Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
Release from molds and serve, or place in baggies to store in the freezer.
